Biochemical Laboratory Findings on COVID-19 Patients: Pathogen-Disease Relationship

The COVID-19 process, which started in Wuhan, China, is one of the most significant viral diseases characterized by high mortality and catching millions people around world since it appears. In this study, a total 189 patients, 85 outpatients, 104 inpatients were diagnosed with positive PCR tests examined, admitted to COVID 1-2-3 services Faculty Medicine Kafkas University between November 1 16, 2020, has been examined. relationship laboratory findings pathogen disease diagnosis, treatment course tried be revealed. majority patients fever, reflux diabetes tumours are over age 65 (61.7%), 68 (36.2%) them women 120 (63.8%) men. Demographic characteristics biochemical parameters such as serum ferritin, iron, troponin T, D-dimer levels, hemogram coagulation results evaluated. Findings will contribute clinicians biochemists about prognosis COVID-19, its some other diseases, ways followed treatment.
